its been a while since i blogged...cos quite lazy..yesterday training was ok except the first part where we had to run...that was madness lor...if we are gonna do tat every training, it will surely improve all our stamina but its very tiring for the first few times...but i believe this torture will end soon...very tired recently...ever since i came back from taiwan,my whole sleeping schedule had been screwed up..its like there's training, so muz wake up earlier...so damn tiring...but everything else is still ok..
